This was the nicest room I have ever stayed at. New appliances, nice furniture, everything works, and is perfectly clean. The owners remodeled this old building and kept the classic old brick but updated it to modern comforts. I would gladly live here if I could.

Exp the Lofts are absolutely beautiful and have everything you need to be comfortable. It’s located on the town square and within walking distance to coffee, food and a relaxing walk through the green space in the center of the square. Only draw back are the 23 steps to the rooms. Don’t try to take all your luggage at once. I stayed for 2 weeks on a intense business trip. It was nice to be able to stock the fully equipped kitchen and come back from a long days work and relax. Terry and Linda were very accommodating with my large group of people, who came and went in several of the rooms. No one had any issues with getting access to their rooms and were always ready on time. I would highly recommend Exp the Lofts to anyone staying in Iola and the surrounding area.

I stayed one night and would recommend The Lofts to everyone staying in Iola, KS. The owner was extremely accommodating. These units are finished out very nice. When I am in Iola again, I will definitely stay at The Lofts, no question. Blake Smith
